Together we can inspire girls, ages 9-16, to do or be whoever they set their mind to. The program provides weekly opportunities to meet in person (or virtually) with other girls their age. Together, in a safe environment, the girls discuss their dreams, challenges, goals and obstacles and soothe their minds and souls. The addition of fitness activities and healthy eating will nourish their body to tend to the whole girl.
