Welcome Amy! We are so excited to be partnering with Citta Psychological Services to offer an exciting new program this fall for parents and their daughters.
Amy Jubb is a registered provision psychologist with Citta Psychological Services. She is passionate about working with young girls and helping them to understand themselves better and face life’s challenges with inner-strength and resiliency. She has a background in addiction treatment which she gained working as a therapist at Hazelden Betty Ford and as the clinical manager of the Edgewood Health Network office in Calgary. Amy’s background in the addiction field revealed to her the need for providing a safe space for young girls to learn life skills and explore emotions at an age when they are first encountering issues of low self-esteem, depression or anxiety. Amy has an easygoing style that allows both young girls and parents to feel at ease in a supportive environment.
