GLOW Meets the Canadian School Curriculum Guidelines

GLOW Meets Ontario Curriculum Guidelines

The GLOW program is directly linked to the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines.

Two, among many, direct links are:

1- Health & Physical Education

Active Living, Movement Competency & Healthy Living strands & sub-strands are all integrated into the program. Equally as important, we add a mental health component.

2- Change in Action – guidance & career education program

Developing leadership skills is one of the main goals of the program.

Career investigation: NEW GLOW theme is entitled Non-traditional Occupations for Women which assists girls in learning about a wide array of occupations they can pursue that they may not have been aware of before.
